Visa support
Please contact Lithuanian DSF office for visa support if required by November 1, 2021.
Please, note that during the pandemics only citizens of the EU and some other countries https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/policies/coronavirus/covid-19-travel-into-the-eu/ do not need a special Sport Minister’s permission to enter the Republic of Lithuania. If you need the permission, please send us your personal data (name, surname, official position in the delegation, date of birth, passport number) as soon as possible.
Travelling expenses
The Organizer does not reimburse any travelling expenses.
Please, note that the Organizers will not be liable for any travel expenses in case the championship is cancelled or any restrictions due Covid-19 are induced by Lithuanian Government.
Transfers
Please fill in an entry form and provide your travel details to arrange a pick-up service.
Shuttle buses
The organizer provides shuttle buses for the participants from the official hotel to the venue and back on December 4th.
